  • We’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed, as this helps us process and ship them quickly. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For Canada, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days. For the USA, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur during holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account with the same email, and your order will be automatically linked.

  • Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving any eligible item. Clearance items, final sale items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit.

  • To initiate a return, go to Account > Orders, select your order, and follow the steps to request a return. If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account with the same email, and your order will be automatically linked.
